Windsurfing: The Dip-Felixstowe
Wind Direction: e
Wind Stength: 8/10
Surf / Sea State: flatish
Air Temperature: 14
Sea Temperature: 10
Weather: sunny periods
Max Speed: 13.06 (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 12 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

With 14 mph forecast all day I was not in any hurry to get down, so after breakfast at the Dip we went for a walk at Landguard collecting coal for our fire - another 2.5 k, thats over 50 k since we got back from the Alps :) I got down at 2ish and with a reading of 14 mph it was looking promising but by the time I had rigged big the wind had gone very light :( I started slowly reaching to the Fludgers and then right up to the Martello tower near East lane where there where two paragliders souring the cliffs this morning. After a quick snack on the beach I set off back in really light airs making it a struggle :( I sailed into the River Deben and out by kite beach and the wind filled in a little but not enough to get planning :( Still nice mild sunny afternoon with a good tide shame not enough wind !!!
